What types of roofing materials do you work with?

We specialize in flat and low-slope commercial roofing systems including TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin), EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer), PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride), and Built-Up Roofing (BUR). We are CertainTeed and IKO certified, which means our installations qualify for manufacturer-backed material warranties in addition to our own workmanship warranty.

Do you work on residential properties or only commercial?

Our primary focus is commercial and industrial roofing. We have deep expertise in flat roofing systems specifically designed for commercial buildings. If you have a commercial, industrial, or multi-family residential property in Southeast Michigan, we are the right contractor for your project.
